A clear 5-step journey from your first click to your first day on the job.
Step 1: Online Application
Fill out our online form with your basic details, work experience (if any), and motivation for joining. It takes ~5 minutes.
Apply OnlineStep 2: Online Interview
Our admissions team will contact you for a quick video interview. We assess communication skills and motivation — no experience required.
Step 3: Entry Test & Background Check
You’ll complete a short logic/memory test and submit ID for a background check. This is required by the Gambling Board of South Africa.
Step 4: Enrollment & Orientation
Once accepted, you’ll be enrolled into our next available training group. You’ll receive your training contract and be officially on probation.
- Training duration: 4 weeks (paid)
- Location: Johannesburg Campus (with possible relocation options)
Step 5: Training & Certification
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a professional certificate and job placement options with our partner casinos.
